The Pope arrives in the UK...

He arrives in the UK on 16th September 2010 on a state visit paid for, in the main, by UK taxpayers. Why isn't the British public up in arms about a criminal being lauded and paraded on a state visit?
I cannot write about this charade any better than Christopher Hitchens, so here is an extract from a piece he wrote in 'Slate' entitled: 'A Call for Earthly Justice: Holding the Catholic Church accountable for it's crimes':

"As if almost timed to coincide with its publication, and with the impending arrival of Ratzinger on British soil, the recent disclosures of the putrid state of the church in Belgium have thrown the whole scandal into an even sharper relief. Consider: The now-resigned bishop of Bruges, Roger Vangheluwe, stands revealed by his own eventual confession as being guilty of incest as well as rape, having regularly "abused" his male nephew between the ages of 5 and 18. The man's superior as head of the Belgian church, Cardinal Godfried Danneels, has been caught on tape urging the victim to keep quiet. A subsequent official report, commissioned by the country's secular authorities, has established that this level of morality was the rule throughout the hierarchy, with the church taking it upon itself to "forgive" the rapists and to lean upon their victims. Very belatedly, a few months ago, the Belgian police finally rose from their notorious torpor and raided some ecclesiastical offices in search of evidence that was being concealed. Joseph Ratzinger, who had not thus far found a voice in which to mention the doings of his Belgian underlings, promptly emitted a squeal of protest—at the intervention of the law..."
We should all rise together as one voice and remove these criminals from their positions of power.

I believe most people here are parents or guardians of children.
Imagine that you had placed your child into the care of these men and then years later you were told by your adult child that they had been sexually abused by these paedophiles for 5, 10, 15 years.

Tell me how would you feel? Would you say 'it was God's will'?

Would you be happy to know that Ratzinger was fully aware of these criminal, violent acts yet silenced your child and moved the paedophile priest to another parish where he could and did commit those same crimes against hundreds of other children?

We have been so brainwashed to the point where these things won't concern most of the faithful too much as  they flock to see 'The Holy Father', spend their hard-earned money, walk miles, stand for hours, buy the tacky, junk souvenirs and return home having done their bit for 'God'.

You couldn't make it up.

Roman Polanski and the Cosa Nostra Pope

Currently on this blog I have a series of images which highlight child abuse - all in the name of religion. Yet there is something in the news at the moment which confirms even more (if further confirmation is required) that we are not smart animals. This whole issue with Roman Polanski, who pled guilty to "unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor" - with a 13-year-old child, i.e. raped.
You either know about the story, (so I won't bore you with the details) or you don't (you can read it HERE).
Now, correct me if I am wrong but when did these polticians and Hollywood-types believe they needed to defend a self-confessed paedophile? The law appears to be made only for those who are plebs. The thing to do is commit a heinous crime, escape justice but make your name as a person of note in the arts and people who made money via you will ensure you are protected and stage protests and appeal to the relevant authorities to overturn any decision to place handcuffs on you many years later.

The mindset of those clamouring for him to be released from Swiss custody is very difficult to fathom. Not one of those people would say the same thing had it been their 13 yr old who had been sexually abused. It is worrying when there are so many abusers watching how this will play out and persons in position of responsibility, who are held up as role models, are protecting and playing down the fact that Roman Polanski abused a child. If he wasn't a famous person, would they have supported him?

Then, if that wasn't enough, the Pope, yes, the head of the original Cosa Nostra has through his 'crime family foot soldiers' issued a statement regarding the large numbers of people who criticise the Catholic Church but don't realise that the church is very busy and in any case there are other religions where more cases of sexual abuse occurs and people don't seem to give them a hard time. Incredible. Maybe now people will start to wake up to the greatest con which enables people with sick minds to cover themselves with a religious cloak as they abuse relentlessly. Hopefully they will all argue over who has the most sexual predators and the flock will start to think for themselves.

History will judge us very badly. We are truly living in The Dark Ages.

'Kiss My Hand' - The Pope in Africa

The Pope visited Africa. How deeply saddened I am that this crazy institution, the Roman Catholic church, has felt the need to visit several countries to, basically, drum up business. A PR stunt that will work. It will have the desired effect of calling the masses to believe in a corrupt, evil, mega-rich institution with dodgy books being waved around as tenets the masses should live by. And the money rolls in. The poor who can least afford to give away money are told and believe that a god will help the poor who give to one of the richest institutions on this planet.
It would be hilarious if it wasn't so tragic, if the consequences didn't last through generations.

They are criminals. They know what they do and they no more believe in a god than they do in fairies. These mind-control freaks are not to be bowed down to, nor should they have their hands kissed. I assume you wouldn't hold a member of the Cosa Nostra in high esteem, so how are these shysters any different?

Not many people know how the Popes are selected. I guess most people believe that a group of people receive a message from 'god' that Mr Blah-Blah should be the next Pope and then - voila- a name is revealed to the world and is then crowned in a blaze of publicity. Well, actually, it is slightly more complicated than that as there are power struggles behind the scene. People jostling to have their names picked out of the celestial ballot box. Arse-licky people sharpen their finest 'sucking up' tools and get to work on their goal of the top job, often years in advance.

'Oh, those atheists, such ungodly people, seem to be causing a bit of a stir amongst the people in the so-called developed countries. Proclaiming what we already know - that there is no god, but it just won't do. We cannot have them leading the flocks away from us. What can we do to ensure our institution is shored up for the next few centuries? Africa. Africa? Wait a minute...(deep in thought). Good thinking, Batman! Good thinking! When do we set off?'
I'm not taken in and I surely hope you aren't.
